Inside Travel Service Center OSAKA, next to the central ticket area in front of the Central Gate on the 1st Floor of the JR Osaka Station

Go toward the JR Osaka Station Central Gate after getting off the subway.

Direction from the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line Nishi-Umeda Station

START　North Gate

STEP.1

Go through the North Gate, go up the stairs and turn right at the end. Turn left at the first corner.

STEP.2

Follow the road. Go up the stairs and to reach the JR Osaka Station Sakurabashi Gate, and turn right.

STEP.3

Go straight ahead and turn left when you see the Daimaru store. Go down the stairs and head for the Central North Exit.

STEP.4

Continue straight ahead and you will see the JR Osaka Station Central Gate on your left and the information center on your right.

Direction from the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Umeda Station

START　Central Northwest Gate or Central South Gate

STEP.1

If you go out from the Central Northwest Gate, turn to the right and head for Exit 8; if you go out from the Central South Gate, turn left and head for Exit 8. Go up the stairs leading to Exit 8.

STEP.2

Go straight ahead and turn the first corner.

STEP.3

Go straight ahead heading for the JR Ticket Office (Midori no Madoguchi). When you see coin-operated lockers on your right, turn left.

STEP.4

Walk straight ahead with the JR Ticket Office (Midori no Madoguchi) on the right, and turn right when you see the Osaka Station Central Gate.

Direction from the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line Umeda Station

START　North West Gate (For Exit 1, 2, 3)

STEP.1

After going through the ticket gate, turn left.

STEP.2

When you see CAFEBREAK coffee shop on the left side of the pathway, turn left.

STEP.3

Go straight ahead heading for Hanshin department store. Go up the stairs on the diagonally far right of the Hanshin department store to go outside.

STEP.4

Once you are outside, go straight toward JR Osaka Station.

STEP.5

Walk over the pedestrian crossing, and turn left when you see the South Gate of the JR Osaka Station.

STEP.6

Head for Exit 4 from any subway line.

Direction from the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line Namba Station

START　North Gate (Q)

STEP.1

After going through the North Gate, turn right and go straight ahead. *Do not go down the stairs in front of you immediately after turning right. Head for the aisle in the back of the stairs.

STEP.2

Go along the pathway with paintings, and go further along the pathway lined with restaurants, heading for Midosuji Line.

STEP.3

When you see the Midosuji Line’s Northeast Gate, turn right. *Look for the C4 sign as a landmark.

STEP.4

Go straight ahead, and turn diagonally forward left when see the Midosuji Line’s South-South Gate on your right. Head for Exit 4.

STEP.5

Go up the stairs or the escalator, and turn left.

STEP.6

After you see the donut shop on the right-hand side, keep going straight for 20m

Direction from the Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line Namba Station

START　East Gate

STEP.1

After going through the ticket gate, go up the stairs or the escalator on the left.

STEP.2

→Same as Step 3 and the following steps of the Direction from the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line Namba Station.

Directions from the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Namba Station

START　South-South Gate

STEP.1

After going through the ticket gate, head for Exit 4 on the far right.

STEP.2

Go up the stairs or the escalator, and turn left.

Please follow signs towards the Shinkansen Tracks (Central Entrance).

Direction from the Shinkansen Line Exit

START　Leave through the central exit (please avoid exiting through the south or east exits) . Please continue diagonally left from the exit.

STEP.1

With the Shinaksen ticket office in front of you, the tourist information center is located in the 'Travel Service Center SHIN-OSAKA' to the left.

Additional Information

If you happened to leave from the south exit, please go right and continue from "step 2" of "Access from JR line".

Direction from the JR Shin-Osaka Station

START　Access from JR line

STEP.1

Leave through the east ticket gates and turn right. Please follow signs which lead towards the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

STEP.2

Please head through the Shinkansen Tracks (South Entrance) and keep going.

STEP.3

When you can see the JR Tokai Tours branch on your right, please turn right. When you see the Bunraku (Japanese Puppet Theater) puppet in a glass case, make sure it is on your left, and please move forward and exit through the Shinkansen Tracks (Central Entrance).

STEP.4

Head towards the Shinkansen Ticket Office on your left. Once you go past the escalator, please turn left.

STEP.5

With the Shinaksen ticket office in front of you, the tourist information center is located in the 'Travel Service Center SHIN-OSAKA' to the left.

Directions from the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Shin-Osaka Station

START　Access from the Kita-higashi Gate

STEP.1

Follow signs towards exit number one and pass through the food court in front of you.

STEP.2

Please go through exit number one.

STEP.3

Go up the far escalator next to the Daily Yamazaki and turn right (Head towards the Shinkansen Tracks (Central Entrance) ticket gates on the third floor).

STEP.4

If you keep going, the Shinkansen Tracks (Central Entrance) ticket gates will soon be diagonally to your left, and the Shinkansen Ticket Office diagonally to your right.

STEP.5

→Same as STEP5 and the following steps of the Direction from the JR line Shin-Osaka Station.

Directions from the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Shin-Osaka Station

START　Central Exit

Pass between the souvenir shops and the Nippon Travel Agency branch located directly in front of the ticket gates.

STEP.1

Once you have exited the passage, go up the escalator that is located diagonally to your left. Then, turn left and carry on.

STEP.2

→Same as STEP5 and the following steps of the Direction from the JR line Shin-Osaka Station.
